Are Items Made To Order?
I stock a few of my makes but most commonly I will make your item to order - Once I receive your order, I will confirm what my schedule contains and confirm a despatch date. You can always message me in advance of placing an order to see how quickly I can get crafting for you.
Do You Offer Any Discounts?
For an order with a value of over £100, you will receive a 10% discount.
Make sure to keep tabs with our social media where we like to promote our sales and new products!
What Do You Charge For Delivery?
Orders up to the value of £9.99 are charged at £3.50.
Orders between £10.00 and £49.99 are charged at £5.00.
Orders over £50 are delivered free of charge.
What Delivery Service Do You Use?
The standard courier services I use are either Royal Mail (2nd class) or Evri 2-4 days.
If you need the item more quickly, please get in contact and the necessary arrangements for a faster courier service can be made.
When Will You Dispatch My Order?
Upon receipt of your order, I will message to acknowledge your order and confirm the estimated production time.
There are a few factors which contribute to this: whether it is in stock or whether I have to make an item to your bespoke requirements and, of course, the complexity of the product I am making for you. The smaller, simpler items will most commonly take a couple of days.
You can always reach out prior to placing an order to get a better understanding of processing times if it is needed!
I try to frequently update Shop Announcements for current anticipated turnaround times. This is a general indication only and does not supersede any personal contact you have had with myself regarding your order.
Do You Ship Outside Of The UK?
Currently I only provide delivery services to customers within the UK.
Customs & Taxes
Currently, as I only ship to the UK all taxes are included in the prices quoted for the goods and the postage charge.
How Do I Return An Item?
All returns for a customer changing their mind should be requested within 14 days. Any change of mind returns requested after 14 days will not be accepted.
Whilst I do my utmost to ensure all products are made with care, precision and love; sometimes mistakes do happen (especially whendealing with handmade products!).
If you have received your item, and consider the quality is not as described on my website, please contact me immediately with a full explanation and supporting photographs to illustrate your concerns.
Rest assured that I will respond promptly and then agree with you the appropriate next steps. You must contact me with full details within two weeks of the date the item was despatched in order for me to consider your concerns and decide on a mutually agreeable solution.
Can I Cancel An Order?
You can cancel your order within 2 hours of placing the order. Thereafter you will be unable to cancel as I may have already began to make your goodies!
Do You Use Sustainable Yarns?
Where possible yes.
Most items are made using cotton yarns and recyclable cotton (T-shirt yarn, ribbon, etc).
It is my ambition, as my little shop grows, to only use cotton and natural yarns. But for the time being this is not practical.
